Description
As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and planning areas for improvement. You will drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing methodologies such as 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RPS, SPS, Low Cost Automation & Digitalization, standardization, and IE tools to enhance productivity and overall efficiency, leading to cost savings and SQDCIP for MTO/ETO business. - Facilitating workshops and training sessions for staff and operators to drive a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitoring performance metrics and providing regular reports on progress to support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and drive operational improvements. - Providing actionable insights to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities in areas such as spares, manpower, etc. - Designing templates and data sheets to capture operational data effectively and conducting in-depth analyses of existing O&M processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints by implementing sustainable solutions and following up on actions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred, with a focus on Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. - Experience: 10-15 years in Business Excellence, Operations, or Process Improvement, with a proven track record in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
