  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a University/Institute level setting.
  • A mix of strong technological, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative, productive relationships within an academic setting.
  • Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proven experience as a Senior administrator.
  • Flexible and self-motivated; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration operations, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, housekeeping, security, transportation, guest houses, canteen, office administration, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues related to administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Manage schedules and deadlines as per the administrative calendar.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Manage Traveldesk (Local, National & International)
  • Accountable for office upkeep including pantry, cafeteria, horticulture, pestcontrol, etc.
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.
  • Housekeeoing Management.
  • Transport management.
  • Vendor Management.
