Sr. Manager/AGM-Land & Legal

General CounselKey Responsibilities
- Due Diligence of Land Working with Law Firm in resolution of all queries related to clearance of Title Due Diligence.
- Agreement Drafting of Agreement to Lease, Lease Deed, Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed, Consent Deed, Confirmation Deed, Partition Deed, Land Aggregation Agreement etc. Responsible for title search report, title verification, site verification for solar project, due diligence, draft sale deeds, agreement to sale, lease deed, execution of sale deeds, liaison with state revenue authority, manage land related legal matters and others.
- Land Acquisition Process Good knowledge in Land Acquisition Process including site selection, support in Title study, Registration process and mutation etc.
- Approval Process Intermediate idea of renewable project approvals required for evacuation purposes and commissioning
- Internal Stakeholder Management Coordinate with internal resources and business associates for the flawless execution of the projects
- MIS Maintaining MIS and collating all data as per business requirement
- External Stakeholder Management Communicate with utilities and various statutory authorities as and when required
Non-negotiable Skills And Abilities
- Statutory Compliance Ensure timely land aggregation & procurement of statutory permits applicable for the project
- Stay informed To remain familiar with state policies related to renewable energy
- Coordination Coordinate with local sites in-charge for project monitoring. Coordinate with land aggregators for addressing issues related to land TSRs
