Job Description

Position: Sr Manager/AGM - HRBP

Job Location: Pune

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masters degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

8-14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least
5+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role in international OR emerging markets.
Extensive experience in the full spectrum of HR functions: talent management, employee relations, leadership development.
Strong experience in change management, working in fast-paced, evolving business environments. •
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing insights and guidance on all HR-related matters.
Partner with business leaders to define and implement strategies that drive organizational performance and enhance employee engagement.
Identify and address talent gaps and organizational challenges to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Looking forward for candidates worked in Pharma industry and having experience in International HR operations.
