Job Title: Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Onsite)
Experience: 7-10 Years Reporting To: Senior Management / Director

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across PAN India from sourcing to onboarding (JD creation, job postings, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiations).
• Identify and engage top talent through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Responsible for developing strategic HR Plans, driving Talent acquisition, managing employee relations and create high performance work culture.
• Implement and oversee HR KPI to support operational efficiency and Growth
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters and handle employee documentation.
• Facilitate smooth on boarding and orientation of new employees
• Monitor and control recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand role requirements and culture fit.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Supervise and guide team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Develop and manage performance management systems and processes.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Oversee payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead HR Operations, Policy implementation and Development

Employee Engagement & Development:

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
• Identify development needs and organize learning initiatives for staff at various levels.
• Design and implement training programs to upskill staff across departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Proven track record in high-volume and leadership hiring.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Experience in Logistic, Transportation Industry is an advantage
