Job Description

As a Senior Manager Sales for Fire Suppression Systems, you'll lead a team, develop sales strategies, achieve targets, and build client relationships, focusing on the industries like factories, data centres, and oil & gas, Power, Metros, Railways, Pharma, Chemical etc while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and clients. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for fire suppression systems. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Provide excellent customer service and support. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of fire suppression systems, technologies, and industry standards. Provide technical guidance to clients and sales team members. Understand and interpret technical specifications and drawings. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Network with industry professionals and attend industry events. Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and marketing. Other Responsibilities: Develop and manage budgets for sales activities. Prepare sales reports and presentations. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Skills and Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience : 7+ years of experience in sales management within the fire industry. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of fire suppression systems and related technologies. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the fire and life safety industry and relevant regulations. Soft Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Other : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
