Job Title: Sales Manager (Electrical Transformer Fire Protection System) Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai & Vadodara. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate sales by promoting our NIFPS system to Government-owned State Electricity Boards, Power Distribution Companies, Utility organizations, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation, and similar entities. 2. Leverage strong existing relationships with decision-makers in these organizations to achieve sales objectives. 3. Strategically engage Ministry officials to advocate for and promote our product at the policy level. 4. Establish and manage a robust distributor network across India to ensure nationwide availability of our product. 5. Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize orders to secure deals. 6. Conduct live product demonstrations and organize client visits to showcase the system's features and benefits. 7. Lead seminars and participate in exhibitions to enhance product visibility and generate leads. 8. Deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the system's technological and operational advantages. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (BE Electrical/Electronics). Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales of electrical transformers or related products, targeting Government-owned organizations, Power Distribution Companies, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation, and utility companies. Proven ability to develop distributor networks and launch new products in the market. Strong experience in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and client relationship management. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Familiarity with industry trends, client focus, and an ability to thrive under pressure. Soft Skills: Pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation ability and capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Creative problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in using sales force tools and CRM systems.
