Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base across the assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a strategic mindset to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the fire safety, suppression, and protection industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, consultants, and end-users. Provide technical sales support, product presentations, and demonstrations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop competitive strategies. Lead and mentor the regional sales team to maximize performance. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and engineering) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the fire protection, fire suppression, or related industry. Strong technical knowledge of fire suppression systems, alarms, sprinklers, and other fire protection products. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
