Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:

    Manage and convert leads generated from online inquiries and other sources for the Chennai region.
  • Lead Generation:

    Execute BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities to generate fresh leads and increase market reach.
  • Payment Collection:

    Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and manage financial transactions.
  • Coordination:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, pricing, legal, contracts) to ensure timely completion of all required processes.
  • Customer Interaction:

    Engage with clients to collect reviews and testimonials to enhance brand reputation and drive future sales.
  • B2C Sales:

    Engage in direct sales to consumers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    MBA (full-time)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 8 years of experience in hard-core sales, preferably in the building material, construction, or home interiors and renovation industry.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong sales attitude and rigor.
  • Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Expertise in sales pipeline management and closing high-value deals.
  • Good understanding of the construction or building material industry.
