Role Overview: As a Senior Manager-Sales and Marketing at GARTECH EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD., located in Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing activities to support the organization in maximizing profits. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales and marketing activities, developing new market segments, managing revenue targets for the domestic market, leading a team of market research professionals, and strategizing short and long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Map new market segments and manage sales and marketing activities effectively - Identify and pursue new opportunities, expand service offerings, and explore new opportunities within existing and new clients - Manage revenue targets for the domestic market - Lead a team of market research, business research, and lead generation professionals - Develop and deliver short and long-term strategic business goals - Collaborate with partners and senior management to prepare overall marketing strategy - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis - Manage the overall marketing and business development budget - Identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and prospective clients - Build and maintain business relationships to enhance awareness and foster new business - Establish a high-performance culture through effective performance management and coaching of staff - Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and balance strategic and tactical issues - Provide clear monthly performance reports and collaborate with various stakeholders to gather business intelligence Qualification Required: - A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in developing comprehensive marketing, sales, and business development strategies - Experience in domestic and/or international markets, project-based environments, and identifying new geographies and verticals - Proficiency in project management and managing large teams of sales, presales, and direct marketing professionals - Ability to clinch large deals, chase revenue targets, and build rapport with clients and team members - Knowledge of commercial practices, industry standards, and domestic & international markets - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong decision-making abilities, and organizational skills - Good people management and collaboration skills, negotiation skills, and time management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Note: The company, GARTECH EQUIPMENTS PVT.
