Lead the planning and scheduling function for large-scale and/or multi-disciplinary projects.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and construction departments to align the schedule with project milestones.
Conduct critical path analysis and schedule impact assessments for change orders and delays.
Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on schedule performance, forecasts, S-curves, and KPIs.
Maintain interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on schedule expectations.
Lead and mentor junior planners and schedulers on Primavera and planning methodologies.
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/resource integration into scheduling tools.
