Job Description

Process Management

  • Ensure efficient workflow across departments.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.

Coordination & Communication with Regional/Store Managers

  • Liaise between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate with external parties and internal teams.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and execution.
  • Communicate policies, targets, and initiatives to store managers.
  • Support in resolving escalated operational issues.

New Store Launch Support

  • Participate in planning and execution of new outlet openings.
  • Coordinate with design, HR, and operations teams for smooth rollout.

Marketing & Promotions Execution

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to roll out campaigns at outlet level.
  • Monitor effectiveness of promotions and suggest improvements.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical, follow up and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of QSR operations and food safety standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
