Role Description


1.

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for OEM customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

·         Identify new market opportunities and assess existing customer needs.

·         Align business plans with the company’s long-term vision.


2.

·         Prepare and send quotations to potential customers.

·         Negotiate and settle contracts based on received inquiries.

·         Monitor sales performance against targets.

·         Generate monthly sales reports for management.


3.

·         Understand customer requirements and pain points.

·         Proactively address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

·         Manage key accounts effectively.

·         Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers.


Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

·         Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

·         Gather market insights to inform strategic decisions.

·         Devise competitive strategies to maintain a strong market position.


5.

·         Deep understanding of automotive products and processes.

·         Collaborate with NPD teams to develop new models and features.

·         Explore innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.


6.

·         Work closely with various internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure seamless Execution.

·         Foster a collaborative culture that encourages creativity and problem-solving.


7.

·         Embrace calculated risks to drive innovation.

·         Adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.

·         Encourage a growth mind set within the team.


8.

·         Focus on adding new customers and expanding revenue streams.

·         Set ambitious targets and track progress.


Preferred candidate profile

·         Had worked with Auto Industry

·         Good Client Based OEM

·         Good Working knowledge of Excel & PPT

  • ·         Engineering graduate is preferably
