As a Senior HR Manager at our manufacturing facility in POR, Vadodara, your role will involve leading and managing various Human Resource functions. With over 8 years of progressive HR experience, you will be responsible for employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, training & development, and HR operations within the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Partner with senior management to support organizational effectiveness and culture. - Drive end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions. Forecast manpower needs in coordination with production and operations teams. Ensure effective onboarding and orientation processes. - Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Maintain compliance with labor laws and liaison with statutory bodies for timely submissions. - Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based) and support managers in conducting fair evaluations. - Identify skill gaps, create training calendars, and drive employee development, technical upskilling, and leadership training. Ensure HRMS data integrity and reporting. - Collaborate with safety teams to ensure employee well-being. Lead initiatives for employee engagement, welfare, and retention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices. - Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
