Sr. Manager, Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resource functions at our manufacturing facility in POR, Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, training & development, and HR operations within the manufacturing sector. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will work closely with senior management to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include driving end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, forecasting manpower needs, ensuring effective onboarding processes, handling employee relations issues, and maintaining compliance with labor laws. You will also be involved in performance management, training & development initiatives, HRMS data integrity, health, safety & welfare programs, and employee engagement activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices is essential, as well as experience with HRIS systems and MS Office tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are also required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at our manufacturing facility in POR, Vadodara.
