Description
As a Senior HR Business Partner at Ferguson GCC, powered by ANSR, you will play a crucial role in managing the Employee Lifecycle, Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture, and People Transformation within a client environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the corporate Human Resources team, providing support in key employee life cycle activities, leveraging local knowledge, and ensuring the operational expectations of Ferguson GCC are met. You will be expected to support the GCC Site leadership, work closely with Technology vertical leaders, and help shape, develop, and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the evolving needs of Ferguson GCC. Additionally, you will facilitate employee relations, reinforce ways of working, promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and provide management and team support as the GCC matures. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12 years of HR experience in India, including business partnering and CoE experience in a large organization with a global workforce. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in HR. You should possess outstanding people management skills, client relationship skills, and a history of leading implementation initiatives in HR processes and engagement plans. Preferred experience and skills for this role include being result-driven, energetic, passionate, a quick learner, an excellent communicator at all levels, effective in managing time and projects, collaborative, and displaying a positive attitude.
