As a Senior HR Business Partner at Ferguson GCC, powered by ANSR, you will play a crucial role in managing the Employee Lifecycle, Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture, and People Transformation within a client environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in HR. You should possess outstanding people management skills, client relationship skills, and a history of leading implementation initiatives in HR processes and engagement plans. Preferred experience and skills for this role include being result-driven, energetic, passionate, a quick learner, an excellent communicator at all levels, effective in managing time and projects, collaborative, and displaying a positive attitude.
