Job Title: Vayu Cloud Market salesmanager

Overview:

Vayu Cloud is anext-generation cloud platform offering IaaS, PaaS, and AI to empowerbusinesses with scalable, secure, and innovative infrastructure solutions. Weare on a mission to revolutionize enterprise cloud adoption by combiningperformance, flexibility, and intelligence.We are looking for a results-driven Cloud Sales Leader tolead new customer acquisition in the enterprise and upper mid-market segments,with a strong focus on partner-driven growth. This role is ideal for someonewho thrives in a high-growth environment, understands the nuances of cloudadoption, and can build both direct and channel-led sales motions. As we expandour reach in the enterprise and mid-market space, we’re looking for a dynamicsales leader to spearhead our new logo and partner acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional salesskills and a strong technical background in cloud computing. The candidate willbe reporting directly to Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

Driveall sales activities for Vayu Cloud as a senior individual contributor for theassigned set of customers, focusing on cloud adoption and revenue growth.Takefull ownership for achieving revenue and order booking targets for Vayu Cloud.Ownand exceed enterprise sales targets and KPIs through strong pipelinegeneration, deal management, and accurate forecasting.Collaborateclosely with key partners, resellers, and MSPs to expand market reach andexecute joint go-to-market motions.Designand run outbound and inbound sales campaigns in alignment with marketing andalliances teams.Independentlydrive pipeline creation and progression, ensuring consistent movement towardclosure.Understandprospective customers’ infrastructure challenges and position our cloudplatform as a differentiated, value-driven solution.Navigatecomplex sales cycles, build trust with CXO-level stakeholders, and closehigh-impact cloud deals.Maintaina strong and predictable sales pipeline using CRM systems and data-driventools.Leadcomplex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and close high-value cloud contracts.Stayon top of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs touncover new opportunities and enhance win rates.

Requirements:

8+years of enterprise sales experience, with 4+ years in cloud, SaaS ortechnology sales.Deepunderstanding of cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and modern ITinfrastructure.Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to engage with C-level stakeholdersacross IT and business functions.

Experience

with SalesforceMinBachelor of Engineering, and MBA is optional

Experience

Preferred Qualifications:in selling cloud solutions in regulated or complex industries (e.g., finance,Govt).Familiaritywith enterprise cloud migration, DevOps, AI/ML, and security solutions.Establishednetwork of enterprise decision-makers and influencers.
