Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Sr/Lead - Construction /Hotels/ in the Ascentis Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and management within the hotels and restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets.
Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze project data to optimize processes and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in construction management within the hotels and restaurants industry.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
