Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for FTE and Contract roles
• Interact with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates using various channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Internal Database, Referrals).
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts.
• Negotiate salaries and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain reports and data using internal tracking systems.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs.
• Stay up to date with market trends and tech stacks.
  

Key Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in

  Domestic IT Recruitment

  .
• Strong track record in

  FTE & Contract hiring

  for mid-to-large IT clients.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and terminologies.
• Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
