Role Overview We are looking for experienced Domestic IT Recruiters who are confident, proactive, and passionate about matching the right people with the right roles. If you’ve worked on Full-time (FTE) and Contract hiring for large IT firms and know your way around sourcing, screening, and closing candidates — we want you on board. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for FTE and Contract roles Interact with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Source candidates using various channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Internal Database, Referrals). Screen and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral fit. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts. Negotiate salaries and ensure timely closures. Maintain reports and data using internal tracking systems. Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs. Stay up to date with market trends and tech stacks. Key Requirements 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment . Strong track record in FTE & Contract hiring for mid-to-large IT clients. Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and terminologies. Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. This role demands hands-on expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) , OmniStudio , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . You will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable Salesforce applications to improve customer and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Industry solutions using Vlocity (OmniStudio) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Build and maintain OmniScripts , FlexCards , DataRaptors , and Integration Procedures . Develop backend components using Apex and manage integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
