Salesforce Vlocity Developers and Sr. Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Industry solutions using

  Vlocity (OmniStudio)

  and

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Build and maintain

  OmniScripts

  ,

  FlexCards

  ,

  DataRaptors

  , and

  Integration Procedures

  .
• Develop backend components using

  Apex

  and manage integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Use

  Salesforce Flows

  and

  Apex Managed Sharing

  to automate business processes and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams alongside business analysts, architects, and other developers.
• Drive technical discussions around platform configuration vs. custom development to make informed architectural decisions.
• Ensure quality delivery by tracking and resolving defects during development and post-deployment.
• Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity best practices to improve codequality, system performance, and scalability.
• Participate in creating functional and technical design documents based on business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years

  of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong expertise in

  Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)

  development:

• OmniStudio Components

  : OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.
• Proficient in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and

  Apex Programming

  .
• Good understanding of

  Salesforce admin fundamentals

  : record types, permission sets, profiles, sales/service cloud, and role hierarchy.
• Experience in deploying code/config using

  Change Sets

  or

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Familiarity with

  object-oriented design

  ,

  trigger frameworks

  , and

  integration patterns

  .
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across levels.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with

  Vlocity CPQ / EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)

  .
• Exposureto telecom industry use cases and Salesforce Vlocity industry models.
