Good FICA Experience in areas like setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration, Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment, Setup of Direct Debit Payments, Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Instalment Plan, Setup of Main & Sub transaction.
Possess good knowledge of other IS-U modules like Billing and Device Management. Demonstrate strong expertise in Utilities domain. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Showcase effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Hold a relevant certification in SAP-FICA-Utilities. Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality solutions. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Show a track record of successful SAP project agile implementations. Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model with flexibility. Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and standards. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
