Sr. IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

- Partner with recruiters to source high-quality talent fitting specific criteria for various roles.
- Utilize a range of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage with talent in specific business segments or functional areas.- Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines based on a deep understanding of our business direction and talent needs.- Participate in client intake and weekly status meetings, offering market intelligence and effective sourcing approaches.- Produce regular reports on tracking, trends, and market analysis.- Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens, preparing detailed screening notes.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.- 4+ years of experience in sourcing, research, or recruiting.- 2+ years of experience in tech sourcing/recruiting.Preferred Qualifications:- Full-cycle sourcing experience, including involvement in the hiring process from initial meetings to interview stages.- Experience in tech sourcing is advantageous.- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques.- Agility with ATS/candidate database tools.- Strong understanding of the technology and internet sectors.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal teams.- Data management, analysis, and report writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹5.00 per year
