Responsibilities: - Partner with recruiters to source high-quality talent fitting specific criteria for various roles. - Utilize a range of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage with talent in specific business segments or functional areas. - Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines based on a deep understanding of our business direction and talent needs. - Participate in client intake and weekly status meetings, offering market intelligence and effective sourcing approaches. - Produce regular reports on tracking, trends, and market analysis. - Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens, preparing detailed screening notes. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - 4+ years of experience in sourcing, research, or recruiting. - 2+ years of experience in tech sourcing/recruiting. Preferred Qualifications: - Full-cycle sourcing experience, including involvement in the hiring process from initial meetings to interview stages. - Experience in tech sourcing is advantageous. - Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques. - Agility with ATS/candidate database tools. - Strong understanding of the technology and internet sectors. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal teams. - Data management, analysis, and report writing skills.
