Job Title: IT Executive
Location: Jurs Country - Haridwar
Experience: 1–3 years
Reports To: IT Manager / Head of Operations

Job Overview:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of all hardware, software, and network systems, and providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of the company’s internal systems, including email, ERP, and collaboration tools.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including network diagrams, user manuals, and asset registers.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and adhered to, including antivirus updates, firewall management, and access controls.
• Liaise with vendors for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support.
• Assist in IT policy formulation and implementation.
• Support in training employees on new technologies or IT policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud services, office productivity tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Certification in networking (CCNA), system administration, or IT management.
• Experience with ERP systems and server administration.

Additional Information:

• Work hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,641.33 - ₹18,000.00 per month
