Sr. IT Executive

As an IT Executive, your role will involve managing user accounts and information, as well as handling forget password recovery. You will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting various software and hardware issues. Your duties will also include setting up security protocols, network configurations, and LAN settings. Additionally, you will be involved in tasks such as remote desktop support, user creation and deletion, user permission management, and Active Directory maintenance. Furthermore, you will be tasked with systems installation, upgrading, and troubleshooting, as well as managing inventory and performing regular backups and data restoration. You will also need to train employees on IT policies at regular intervals and handle deleted data recovery when necessary. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of a B.Tech. (CSE) / BCA / Graduate with Computer Hardware and Networking background. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Other responsibilities may be assigned by the management as needed. The job is full-time and permanent, based in Mandi Gobindgarh, Fateh Garh Sahib, Punjab. The salary ranges from INR 180,000 to 240,000 per annum, and salary negotiations will be based on merit.
