The Senior Technology specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting Litmus7s on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across critical services. This role requires strong hands-on experience in virtualization, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and security technologies.
Core Responsibilities• Manage and administer VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.• Perform server deployment, server hardening.• Maintain backup infrastructure and perform restores (Veeam preferred).• Manage Azure & AWS accounts, IAM, VM deployments, networking, monitoring.• Manage and configure Intune and device enrollment.• Configure and manage the Sophos/Defender EDR.• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, access policies, and audit logs.• Support Netskope SASE/SSE/DLP policies and endpoint integrations.• Review and analyze DLP incidents.• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and identity lifecycle.• Support SSO, MFA, conditional access, and identity security hygiene.• Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 licensing, policies, and security configs.• Configure and Manage Checkpoint email gateway.• Administer SharePoint Online, Teams configurations, retention and compliance.• Support Google Workspace environments as required.• Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and service requests.• Support project implementations, migrations, rollouts, and environment upgrades.• Participate in on-call activities and global escalations.• Participating in ISO 2007:2022 Audits and Keep all the necessary documents up to date.
