Sr. Human Resource Manager - IT

we are hiring for HR Manager

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in the IT industry, preferably with exposure to Australia and indai offshore teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work across time zones and manage global stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices (both local and offshore).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit management
• Collaborate with global teams to manage and support offshore/onshore employee engagement and alignment
• Partner with delivery/project managers to forecast resource needs and fulfill recruitment pipelines
• Coordinate with offshore recruitment agencies and manage offshore hiring processes
• Handle global HR documentation, offer letters, visa coordination, and compliance
• Maintain updated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Manage HRMS tools and employee records across locations
• Lead employee communication, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs and retention strategies for geographically diverse teams
• Support HR audits, data reporting, and compliance for offshore centers.
