Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end Recrutment and HR operations. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with updated 2025 labor standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle using AI-sourcing tools.
• Onboarding: Lead employee orientation and digital documentation for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, performance coaching, and policy queries.
• HRIS & Data: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports on turnover and engagement metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure all practices follow current labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Performance Management: Coordinate annual appraisals and track KPI progress.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a core HR role.
• Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
