Location: Noida Sector 4 (Nearby Metro Station: Sector 16)

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Office Timing: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to handle internal hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds

Understand hiring requirements and align candidates with business needs

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive

Hands-on experience in internal hiring (Tech & Non-Tech)

Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines

Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage

Experience:

1–4 years of relevant recruitment experience (preferred)
