Job Description

Sr HR Manager (only male candidates) Position Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for managing core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role works closely with department leaders to support employees, ensure HR policies are followed, and create a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs.
  • Improve recruitment processes and maintain candidate pipelines.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
  • Provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance review processes and support managers with goal setting.
  • Identify training needs and recommend development programs.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.

4. Policy, Compliance & HR Administration

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies.
  • Support annual salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate with Factory Inspector, Labour Department, PF/ESIC authorities,

Lead compensation, benefits, and HR policy development.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
Statutory Compliance & Factory Act.

  • Answer employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and leave programs.

6. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 - 15 years of progressive HR experience; prior HR generalist or supervisor experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Location: New Delhi (South Delhi)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
