Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead the Human Resources function across multiple entities within our group. This role requires a strategic HR professional with 15+ years of experience , capable of aligning HR practices with business goals, managing multiple HR teams, and driving organization-wide people initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Business HR acumen , team leadership capabilities, and experience working in complex, multi-entity environments. Key Responsibilities: Group-Level HR Leadership: Oversee and harmonize HR functions across multiple companies or business units within the group. Team Management: Lead, guide, and support HR teams across locations/entities to ensure consistent HR delivery and performance. Business HR Partnering: Collaborate closely with business heads to understand key priorities and implement HR strategies that support business outcomes. Talent Management: Drive workforce planning, recruitment strategies, leadership development, and succession planning. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs that foster a high-performance culture, improve employee morale, and enhance retention. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies across all units. HR Systems & Processes: Standardize and improve HR systems, tools, and processes to ensure scalability and operational efficiency. Performance Management: Institutionalize a robust performance management framework aligned with business goals. Change Management: Lead HR transformation initiatives including restructuring, M&A integration, and cultural alignment. Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for HR with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams or business entities. Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field. Exposure: Proven experience in managing HR at a group/corporate level; handling diverse business units or geographies is essential.
