JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greythr - leave attendance and swipes tracking - shift timings
• Payslips release
• Payroll inputs
• Greythr sinking issue
• Recruitment - schedule interview- job confirmation - candidate sheet
• Employee grievances- disciplinary actions
• Performance review for probation period
• Performance review test conduct
• Hr, finance, admin and IT - training development for new joiners
• Appraisal work- yearly once
• Greythr - probation period ends- sending mail communications
• Hr policies development - posh policies
• Legal activities
• Mail communication
• Job description - searching candidates in job portal management
• Folder management
• Pf and esi issues - co ordinate with finance
• Bgv verification - both
• Credit leaves sheet - updating cl and sl
• Offer letter - release from greythr
• One to one session with all employees
• Team meet with leads - every week
• Team fun activities - monthly once - 3rd friday - both
• Exit interview
• Minutes of meeting - this has to be sent after completion of every meeting with the team or leads.

Timing : 9hrs shift

Saturday: 3 week working (2 week off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
