Job Description

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive and compliant work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
  • Supervise payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

HR Audits & Documentation

  • Prepare HR documents, SOPs, and records for internal/external audits (e.g., WHO, FDA, NABL, NABCB).
  • Ensure proper documentation of all HR processes as per QMS standards.

Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Support manpower optimization, talent retention, and succession planning.
  • Contribute to HR MIS, analytics, and periodic reporting to management.
  • Drive organizational culture and employer branding initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
