Job Description

As an HR Assistant at our company, your role will involve handling various HR functions to support the smooth operation of the human resources department. - Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Assist in employee engagement, training, and performance appraisal activities. - Ensure statutory compliance with respect to PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc. - Draft HR letters including offer, appointment, experience, and relieving letters. - Support the implementation of HR policies and company culture initiatives. - Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline in the workplace. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and statutory norms. - Organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and professional confidentiality. Qualification & Experience: - Graduate or MBA in HR / Personnel Management. - 4-7 years of experience in HR generalist functions.
