Job Description

Position: HR – Statutory & Payroll, Recruitment
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Preference: Female candidates only

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end statutory compliance related to HR and Payroll.
Responsible for PF & ESI registration, generation, and monthly challan uploads.
Prepare and maintain monthly payroll and paysheets in Excel.
Calculate and process salary components including Basic, HRA, Allowances, Deductions, etc.
Generate and upload ESI & PF returns within timelines.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
Handle wage structure preparation and salary breakup for new employees.
Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and maintaining employee files.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory norms.
Coordinate with management and accounts for salary disbursement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA HR preferred).
5–8 years of experience in HR statutory compliance and payroll.
Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and labour law procedures.
Excellent skills in MS Excel (formulas, paysheet preparation).
Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
