Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support on performance issues, conflicts, and grievances.Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development programs.Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
