Production Manager- PEB

Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 10-15years experience in Pre Engineered Building - PEB construction as a Production Manager. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage the entire PEB production process from raw material to finished product. Ensure production schedules and targets are met within quality, cost, and time parameters. Supervise, train, and lead production staff including supervisors, technicians, and operators. Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards in the production area. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams. Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth production flow. Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics. Resolve production issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
