Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 5years of experience in Pre Engineered Building - PEB construction as a Detailer/Modellar- TEKLA structures Key Responsibilities: Modeling & Drafting: Use Tekla Structures software to develop accurate and detailed 3D models for structural components, including steel, concrete, and other materials. Prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, erection drawings, and connection details from the 3D models. Ensure all models and drawings are in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the structural engineering team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Assist in the review and coordination of design changes and modifications to ensure the correct information is represented in the Tekla models and drawings. Coordinate with the fabrication and construction teams to ensure accuracy in the detailing process. Quality Control: Review and check the accuracy of Tekla models and drawings for compliance with project requirements and relevant codes. Perform clash detection and resolve issues related to conflicts or discrepancies within the model. Ensure drawings are error-free and that all necessary information, such as dimensions, annotations, and material specifications, are included. Project Support: Support the engineering team in preparing and updating project documentation, including construction drawings and reports. Ensure timely completion of drawings and models in accordance with project schedules. Assist in preparing and maintaining project-specific standards for detailing and modeling. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Tekla Structures features and best practices to continuously improve efficiency and output quality. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in the detailing processes or tools. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all project-related drawings, models, and revisions. Assist in preparing status reports on the progress of detailing and modeling tasks.
