Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer, based in Jammu. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting site surveys, designing and analyzing structural systems, preparing detailed engineering plans, and overseeing construction projects to ensure specifications are met. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and addressing challenges that arise on-site during project implementation. Regular site inspections and ensuring the successful execution of construction are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Structural Analysis, Design, and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Engineering Software and Tools, such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Knowledge of Industry Regulations, Safety Standards, and Environmental Compliance
• Effective Communication and Team Collaboration Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Previous work experience in structural engineering and managing on-site projects is preferred
• Commitment to working in rural and challenging environments
