Designation : Sr. Full Stack Developer Experience : 4 to 7 Years Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat ( work from office only ) Note: Only candidates based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be considered. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Full stack developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the technical vision, architecture, and development of our product, built with React.js and Nest.js . You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full stack developers (frontend & backend). Own the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for both frontend (React.js) and backend (Nest.js/Node.js) . Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high standards for quality, security, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and delivery timelines. Drive adoption of modern development workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement. Requirements 5+ years of commercial software development experience in ReactJs, NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript, and MongoDB . Deep expertise in React.js (including hooks, state management, component lifecycle, performance optimization). Strong backend development experience with Nest.js (Node.js), including REST APIs, authentication, and ORM/database integration (e.g., TypeORM, Prisma). Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus. Knowledge of database design (SQL and/or NoSQL). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
