Job Overview As our Senior Executive, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices. You will maintain strong relationships with suppliers, support monthly closing activities, and ensure compliance with internal financial controls. Your role will be crucial in optimizing cash flow and enhancing operational efficiency. Job Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation Generate purchase orders when necessary Obtain and print signatures on all checks Assist senior financial officers as needed Qualifications & Skills Required High school diploma or equivalent Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping Superb time management skills and detail orientation Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information Preferred skills and qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent Strong mathematical skills Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable) Experience with accounting software and online platforms Be a Part Of Junglee Games To Value Customers & Data - Prioritize customers, use data-driven decisions, master KPIs, and leverage ideation and A/B testing to drive impactful outcomes.
