Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Project Accounts

We’re looking for a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Project Accounts to handle project accounting and reporting for our on going projects across India. The candidate will manage audits, monthly book closures, compliances, reconciliations, and coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Candidates with background of project accounts in media & entertainment industry are only preferred 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling and managing accounting of assigned web shows/Projects at various locations in pan India.

2. Preparation of Monthly MIS & Maintaining Inventory report of shows

3. Preparation & Maintaining accounting, master sheet & other reports of assigned shows

4. Co-ordinating with production team, cashier, and external project auditor for smooth operations of shows

5. Handling and active involvement in negotiations for rates with vendor/crew etc. along with Commercial & Audit team

6. Handling & managing all communications & information on deals & credit terms with vendors.

7. Managing Accounts Payable

8. Co-coordinating with crew members includes Writers, Creative, Artist, Director, Cameraman, and all technicians of show

9. Managing banking operations, fund management & online transactions

10. Ensure monthly provisions of expenditure & finalization of production accounts.

11. Ensure compliance with statutory & internal audit requirements
