Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition profile to drive recruitment strategies and ensure timely closures across multiple functions. The role requires expertise in high-volume hiring, end-to-end recruitment management, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: JD Design, sourcing, head hunting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle high-volume hiring through Campus Hiring, Job Fair, social media, employee referrals. Within the stipulated timeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Utilize AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity tools for efficient screening and sourcing.
• Develop recruitment strategies to ensure faster time-to-fill and high-quality hires.
• Drive campus hiring, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor and improve offer-to-joining ratios and reduce early attrition.
• Ensure proper and timely documentation, on-boarding process, BGV, induction and data update on the HR Software.
• Prepare hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, Exit Analysis and present reports to management.
• Support in other HR activities from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any graduate.

2. 5-7 years of experience in Recruitment, Bulk hiring through campuses, job fair or social media.

3. Strong understanding of talent acquisition practices, including BGV.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with colleagues at all levels.

5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
