Job Title: Sr. Manager Sales Lending Business Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: 12+ years in Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Lending/Fintech/NBFCs Industry Preference: NBFC, Digital Lending, Fintech, MSME Lending, Retail Lending, BFSI Report to : CFO Contact: hr@fiaglobal.com Background The Sales Head – Lending Business will be responsible for leading the company’s end-to-end sales strategy, distribution expansion, and revenue growth in the lending vertical. This includes managing direct and indirect sales channels, driving digital lending partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and ensuring robust credit discipline in collaboration with risk and operations. Key Responsibilities: Build scalable models for both secured and unsecured lending – Business Loans, MSME Loans, Personal Loans, etc. Drive monthly and annual loan disbursement targets across geographies. Identify and onboard channel partners, DSAs, and fintech alliances. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk guidelines. Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal and customer experience. Use analytics to identify sales trends and course correct. Build and lead a pan-India sales team including State/Territory Managers. Own sales funnel metrics – lead generation to closure. Represent the company in key industry forums and client meetings. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of lending products – unsecured business loans, LAP, personal loans, overdrafts, etc. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of credit and underwriting policies. Expertise in sales funnel management and partner/channel relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical and data-driven decision-making. Key Requirements: Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field. Proven track record in scaling up lending business. Exposure to rural and semi-urban markets will be a strong advantage.
