Preparation and issue of offer letters and appointment letters. Ensure candidates engagement from Offer till onboarding. Coordinate joining formalities and completion of the onboarding process. CANDIDATES PROFILE: MBA HR with 4-8 yrs. of experience in core recruitment firms hiring NICHE & LEADERSHIP roles. Excellent communication skills-Verbal and written. Excellent presentation skills. Should have worked in Recruitment Team of medium/large scale organization preferably in Business Consulting sector. Logical & analytical skills with a passion to deliver excellence.
