Hence, we are actively looking for a newresource to join our dynamic research and development team and be thelink between consumer understanding and technical development teams!The candidate will be responsible for not only the below mentioneddeliverables but also anything that may arise on day to day basis due to thebusiness requirement.The position will support the reporting Manager CTI in consumerresearch work, decoding the consumer preferences and identifyopportunity areas for development teams.

Able to independently manage consumer research acrossBakery, Adjacency and Dairy categoriesAble to moderate & manage consumer qualitative researchand generate insights from the findings!Good experience in consumer quantitative testing, and able tohelp the technical team to decode the findings from qual andquant researchAble to understand sensory and analytical data, decodeconsumer preference through technical dataGood knowledge of MS package (MS Power point, MS Excel,MS Word)Good team player, able to independently manage research andtimelines in a highly dynamic environmentGood understanding of statistics and analysis used forconsumer research is highly appreciated for the roleInterested in learning new areas of work like Sensory &Analytical sciences and correlate the learnings to consumerresearch findingsDesired competencies Good knowledge of consumer testing methodologies (Qual &Quant) and on-field experience of consumer researchAble to moderate & manage consumer qualitative researchStrong communication and presentation skills, highlydeveloped soft skills needed for effective presentation andbusiness influence based on resultsAble to simplify research findings into actionable insightsExperience in managing projects independently in the previousrole is highly appreciated as the role requires constantinteraction with PD, CMI, Marketing and External Agencies.Good understanding of statistics and analysis used forconsumer research is highly appreciated for the roleUnderstanding of sensory methodologies is appreciated butnot requiredEducation Qualification Masters in Food Technology or Sensory or Consumer science orData science & Analytics or Consumer behaviour & PsychologyfieldsExperience (in years) Relevant experience of 5+ years in consumer research at amarket research agency or an FMCG company.Stakeholders (Internal) R&D, CMI, Marketing, Quality Assurance & ITStakeholders (External) Consumer research agencies; New Innovation development partnersin the fields of Consumer and Sensory research
