Job Title: Sr.Executive Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

Location: Chennai (Purasawalkam)

Exp: 3- 7 Years

Salary- upto 50K

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:

• Preparation, submission and receival of the FSSAI License
• Following up the regulatory body and filing Annual return and renewal of license.
• Providing technical content for the product labels and for promotional materials.
• Reviewing product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy of product claims.
• Working closely with other departments such as R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure alignment of regulatory strategies with business objectives and timelines.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

• Creation and Implementation of Standard Operating Procedure in order to comply the quality and regulatory requirements
• Establishing procedures for product inspection and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conducting site inspection to assess compliance with regulations and standards and taking necessary CAPA (Corrective actions and preventive actions) if any nonconformance found
• Developing and delivering training programs to ensure the production employees understand quality standards and procedures.
• Coordinate, investigate, analyze product complaints and/or safety issues and make recommendations regarding their reportability and resolution.
• Performing CAPA investigations based on the customer complaints, implement corrective actions and perform effectiveness checks.

DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD KEEPING:

• Maintaining accurate documentation is crucial in regulatory affairs.
• Creating and managing documentation related to regulatory compliance, quality assurance processes, and product specifications.
• Preparing regulatory submissions, compiling technical files, and keeping records of quality control activities.
