Job Description

You will be joining Stellar, a leading data care corporation specializing in data recovery, data erasure, mailbox conversion, and file repair software and services. With a global presence in the USA, Europe, and Asia, Stellar has garnered the trust of over 3 million customers in 190 countries by providing effective and user-friendly solutions for data care. As an Inbound Sales Professional (BD) at Stellar, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting end-to-end software sales from leads generated through the website. - Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in the B2B software sector. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Engaging with potential clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, chats, emails, and virtual meetings. - Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships to obtain case studies and testimonials. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies. - Utilizing CRM tools for lead tracking and client management. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales for the USA region. - Proficiency in outbound sales and business development. - Strong ability to identify opportunities via email, phone, or chat. - Persuasive communication skills with a proactive attitude and high energy level. - Fluency in English for business communication. - Solid understanding of computer hardware and networking. - Excellent email drafting, Excel, and presentation skills. The desired qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers, or B.Sc. (IT). - MBA in Sales & Marketing/International Business is preferred. The shift timing for this role is: - 5:00 pm to 2:00 am IST (US Shift) or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST Key skills that will be essential for success in this position are: - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and surpassing sales targets. - Proficiency in sales planning and strategizing. - Effective time management skills. - Technical computer skills.
